   How you can help

Any little thing that you have to contribute makes a difference.  Whether you are a teacher, an accountant,  a web designer, attorney, a consultant, or just someone with a big heart, you have something that contribute to our work. You can help by organizing fundraisers, spread the word about our work, research funding opportunities from individual or corporate donors, speek at a local rotary or lions club, write grant proposals, edit newsletter, and many more.

Volunteering with URF from where you live

Virtual Charity -

Objective:  To create a virtual network of volunteers, and work together as a team to achieve the goals of Uganda Rural Fund in the effort to improve lives of children and people in poor rural communities.

In operating as a virtual team, volunteers can contribute their many talents in a more accessible way.  Time and location are no longer set restrictions that prevent volunteers from helping.  You can contribute after dinner from your own home, during a short lunch break from the office, or whenever and wherever it is convenient for you.  In this way, we hope to recruit the many different skills of diverse individuals, and combine them to promote this noble cause.

We welcome volunteers for the following opportunities:

Here is a list of the volunteer positions we would appreciate help with at present.  If you have a different skill to offer, please do contact us to see whether it will fit.
