University of Richmond, VA Jepson School of Leadership About Us In the fall of 2007, URF Richmond office worked with Dr. Gill Hickman, professor at the Jepson, together with students in the Leadership Change class on a semester long project. The students researched about leadership in the nonprofit sector and gathered information about the Uganda Rural Fund which they used to draft a Business Plan for URF.
