About Us

GAAO is a students organization focusing on raising awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic among students, faculty and staff at the St. Ben's and St.  John's campuses and the neighboring community.

Funds raised have supported the construction of the Hope Integrated Academy, a vocational school operated by the Uganda Rural Fund.  

Currently funds are being raised to support child-headed families in rural Uganda. Two families will receive a cow to start an income generating project so the homes can become self-sustaining.
